Just taking a few laps on Thunder Bound Express w/ Nick Miles and Scott Donahue…

Now’s the time to get in some park-play at Mammoth, seeing that the trade winds are starting to blow (usually indicative of a shift in the weather). All are hoping as such as we look to expand our “playground” across the entire mountain. All-said, Mammoth is not a bad place to be right now.

This is a mini making-of of a roadtrip and halfpipe shoot in April 2010.

Our timeframe was one week, we added 3.000km on the rental and spent endless hours, mostly at night, on the road and stayed at pretty random Motels. All in all a fine roadtrip mixture.

Our stops were Northstar at Tahoe, Park City and Mammoth.

This is the HEAD clip we filmed on our US Trip. The first stop was Stratton Vermont where Ulrik Badertscher got second at US Open Slopestyle. Right after that we went straight to Mammoth Mountain where Alex Tank, Shayne Pospisil and Fefe Pellacani joined the crew. Check out the clip!

VHS took some runs with Shayne Pospisil yesterday under Chair 5 in Mammoth.
It was really deep today. At least two feet. Kinda strange since it was t-shirt weather here a few weeks ago and now it’s full winter again…

Shayne has been filming with the GoPro camera for a while and this morning he duct taped it to a tree branch to see if the perspective was better than holding it in his hand. We think the stick was a good idea.
